Ah, Amsterdam. It's a breath of fresh air! It's got a bit of a bad rap in the U.S. as a wild city and a drug mecca. But that's unfair. There's so much more to Amsterdam. It has something for everyone. It's canals are breath taking and parks are plentiful. Everyone seems accepted in it's liberal and layed backed environment. It's very easy to communicate, as Amsterdam is a multiligual city. Everyone speaks Dutch, English, French and many speak a variety of other languages as well. People of Amsterdam love their city and want you to love it too. And that's very easy to do!
