Sarlat was built by the 7th century in the heart of Dordogne. Among the attractions this Medieval town has to offer, one can see St Sacerdos Cathedral built in the 11th century, St Mary's church which was later converted to a market, the Jardin des Enfeus and St Bernards's tower.
