Even my Irish friends think New Jersey is an terrible place-it just goes to show how much the media from the US can influence people all over the world. The worst offenders in Jersey-bashing seem to be New Yorkers though. They seem to regard it as some sort of poor cousin who is constantly mooching. Not so!! One thing I love about it here is thI get the chance to indulge my very favourite pasttime-shopping for bargins!!! Thanks to my brother's girlfriend-a native of JC- I have vowed that I will never pay retail again. |
