I went for 4 days to Glasgow, mainly to see a favourite band. Fortunately I know two Glaswegians, so I got lots of tips while planning my trip, and one of them showed me around one day when I was there. The city is very British, with some Scottish differences, and the West End, where I stayed was lovely. People are very open and quick to strike up conversation. The weather was of course miserable, but I still enjoyed my stay. |
