"Enchanting Wales" a Wales Travel Page by elmasri

I was looking for an enchanted forest but did not know its name or location so I started driving...

Well it was more or less like that, I just decided to go and upon arrival ask for the forest I had seen featured on a Billy Connolly tour of Wales.

So I went straight to Swansea, a charming city but beware at night the main bar and club scene street comes alive with thousands of youngsters ready for partying. If you, like me, prefer a calmer place to sit and enjoy a drink over a conversation this is not the place to go. Opt for the bar of Morgan's Hotel, which is just in front, at one end of the street.

The road from Swansea down to Mumbles and further along the coast has lovely bays worth a detour.
