Well I went for my best friend's wedding there and it was absolutely gorgeous and cold!!!!

-7 degrees but the views were beautiful!

I stayed at guesthouse „Schmiede“. There are single and double rooms and 2 bed appartments which cater for families. Very economical. There are two guesthouses in this little village in the middle of nowhere and if you are looking for nothing but silence this is the place to go...

The wedding was at a local Sports Centre with a difference in Hoechenschwand . Tables were set in the room normally used for wall climbing, etc. It took 20 minutes drive from Immeneich by car and as soon as I find the name of the place I will add it here. Around 12 people were given the chance to have a go at climbing the wall. I would like to say I climbed to the top but unfortunately my arms couldn't take the necessary effort to pull myself up any further than the middle of the wall. To me it was an achievement!
