The Lakes - Well worth a weekend!
I headed to Kendal - first stop. Up to Windermere, where we cruised the lake up to Ambleside and down to Lakeside.

Shame you don't remember where some of the pics were taken. Very enticing. (not too sure about a 30 degree slope, maybe 13!)
