  • This impresive and divine white complex was built between 1885 and 1921 to celebrate the unification of Italy. There are the impressive staircase rises to the top Altar of the Fatherland with the statue of the goddess Roma at the center. Two lateral stairs lead on the fallen of the 12 m high statue of the King Victor Emmanuel II. I was astonish..

  • It’s located under portico of the church of Santa Maria in Cosmedin. I was waiting about a half hour in the line to make a picture with my hand in the mouth. Well I suppose that you know the story about this mouth...It’s opened until 6 p.m.

  • The most famous square of Baroque Rome. The central figure on the square belongs The Fountain of the Four Rivers.(The rivers represented in the fountain are: the Danube, the Gangs, the Nile and the Rio de la Plata). In the line with this fountain are the Fountain of the Moor and Fountain of Neptune. On the square there are a lot of restaurants but there are very expensive.

  • It may not be the most beautiful fountain in Rome but it is without doubt the most famous.
You can go there at any time of the day or night and it would be always full of people. The fountain is the true masterpiece of sculpture and of architecture. If you pitch the coin in the fountin, don’t worry, you will come back to Rome again.

  • This famouse fountain is located in the center of the Piazza Barberini. The Triton is suported by a shell which in turn rests on the arched tails of four dolphins and he drinks honey. It’s very interesting combination.
