Eventhough there are amazing buildings and wonderfull sights to see in Rome, I can't say it "moved" me very much. Having been confronted with pictures of this eternal city for the passed 6 years, might have something to do with it. It seemd as though I had been there before (which is NOT the case) Or maybe the extreme high temperature combined with an overdosis of tourists contributed to my indifference... |
| | Albano Lake Nothing better than a gettaway from the toxic city fumes for a little while. I mean, besides visiting famous sites vacation should be about taking a break from daily stress and getting to know the atmosphere of the country and some locals, right? So we took a train and spent a relaxing afternoon at ALBANO LAKE. Beutiful vieuw, nice and peacefull. We had to pay for sunshades and beachstools but the shade was definetly worth the €2! |
Gavignano di Sabina Gorgeous, green area, by the banks of the Tiber. Here you can truly come to your sences with nothing more then a glas of wine and the sound of the birds singing! Ahh, bella italia! | | |
