Varadero is often compared to Miami beach. There is no other place in Cuba where you will find as many restaurants, nightclubs and luxury hotels. It's is the place to be if you want the ideal holiday resort and don't want to meet Cubans! Walking on the beautiful white beaches, you will find Italian, Canadians, Germans, Spaniards... but unfortunately no Cubans. In this town, Cubans and tourists are strongly kept apart which takes away the experience of being in Cuba. Some of the most beautiful beaches and heavenly blue, warm sea but without the cuban way of life, an important ingredient is missing!
