There is nothing quite like a trip to ITALY.... |
|  | New York Easter of 2008 Easter Came early this year, so New York was a chilly place to visit. But, as always, we had a great time. Daughter and Granddaughter and myself, found Canal st. again to be very crowded with tourists from out of the USA...lots of accents and none I could understand. :-)
We had lunch in Little Italy at a wonderful neopolitan Restaurant and I had PUNTANESSCA PASTA fabuloso!!! I would highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn on 48th and 8th ..great location and not too big. Also the Pigalle rest. is quite good , but a bit expensive.
Make sure you bundle up when you visit NY in the spring..I wore boots, wool socks, gloves, leather jacket and jeans and I was comfy all day. |
