Although you'll find people speaking all different sorts of languages in Toronto the official language here is English and certainly not French. In fact there is probably more Cantonese speaking people and other languages than there is French. No matter what country you're from you'll easily find someone in Toronto who can speak your language

Most liqour stores in Toronto close at 10 PM, which is really strange for most people but that's just the way it is so people usually go to bars after that time. Just remember this if you come here so you're not shocked to see that there is no where you can purchase alcohol in the middle of the night.

Toronto is by far the most multi-cultural city in the world, there is not a single culture, religion, or race that you cannot find here. This is why it makes it even more attractive to tourists and more interesting as you get a sense of so many different cultures in one city.
