Unique Qualities: Close to the city hall (Nathan Philip's Square) this could be a great place to stay if you plan to come to Tornot during New Year's, at which time Natha Philip's square is like the Times Square of New York city.

The view from the Hotel is amazing in all directions and it's a high class hotel that contains a bar/lounge, pool, parking, resturant, and a fitness center.

Local calls are free and there is also a plus for pet owners, since pets are allowed at Sheraton. There is also access to the underground walking path so you can go around the core downtown region without stepping out during those cold winter days.

The only negative side might be that room service can be a bit slow at times as the hotel does tend to get very busy and it is very expensive to use the internet.
