The Kabab House (Khaneye Kabab): Persian Restaurant Downtown
Tip Rating: Satisfaction:
Restaurant Name: The Kabab House (Khaneye Kabab)
The food at this place is incredible, and since most of the Persian restaurants are located well north of this area this particular place is certainly unique in its region. Also just like most Middle Eastern restaurants the food is 100% halal
Favorite Dish: They have really good kabab barg (grilled lam) and I've had better koobide (grilled beef) but it's still pretty good here.

Wayne Gretzky: Wayne Gretzky's Restaurant

Restaurant Name: Wayne Gretzky
Located in the entertainement district, this place was renovated back in 2003 and it's now become very modernized with all sorts of facilities. If there is room open on the patio during the summers that's one place you'd surely want to be, this spot is better known as Wayne Gretzky's Oasis. It's also a great sport for Wayne Gretzky fans, with all the jersey's and Gretzky related stuff around. On Friday and Saturday nights they're open until 2 A.M on all other nights they close a bit earlier

Falafel House: FALAFEL near Yonge and Bloor
Tip Rating: Satisfaction:
Restaurant Name: Falafel House
The food is really fresh and everything is homemade, giving it a special taste. Probably offers the best falafel in this particular area of the city.
Favorite Dish: For obvious reasons the falafels are my favorite, they have that special homemade taste and are absolutely amazing here. For those of you who don't know, falafels are made out of chickpeas and vegtables then they wrapped as sandwiches with different choices of toppings

Ethiopian House: A Taste of AFRICA!

Tip Rating: Satisfaction:

Restaurant Name: Ethiopian House
Ethiopian house gives your a taste of what you don't find in most areas of Toronto. If you enjoy or want to experience Ethiopian/Eritrean food than this is one place you should have in mind. * Note: Open until midnight *
Favorite Dish: The injera breads (comes with the food), but I am sure there are much better items for people who are more familiar with Ethiopian food. You might also want to try the vegetarian lunch special, available between 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM, which consists of 7 deals, costing $6.50 CAD each
