It was already my fourth time to Paris, but you know what? Every time you get to Paris you enjoy it as if it is your first time. There is sooo much to see - but take it slowly and enjoy this great atmosphere in the typical relaxed Parisienne way: cafes on every corner!

This pic (from pre-digital age) is taken from the top of the Notre Dame Cathedral on the Ile de la Cite - remember the ugly bellringer?
Well, here you see one of the hundreds of Gargoyles rooftop decorations in front of this great city panorama. Each one is different and not very typical for Christian churches. In the background of the panorama is the famous Tour Eiffel. And the bridge on the end of this island over the Seine is Pont Neuf, the lovers bridge, the oldest bridge in Paris. The saying goes that if you kiss under it your love will last forever;-)
And Christo wrapped it up completely a couple of years ago.

Well, actually you could tell a story about every single building in Paris.....so you need lots of time!
