We got Bann Boa hotel at a good rate since it was the start fo the off-peak season. I paid about SGD73 for 3 nites. Room was clean and spacious, functional and well mantained. I liked the location - it's at the south end of Patong beach - close enough to walk to the Patong centre, and far enough from the noise at night.

Breakfast was included, but it was somewhat normal and not alot of variety. Still acceptable though.

Unique Qualities: not all rooms have sea view, they are blocked by the buildings in the front. But the balconie are breezy enough, and it's pleasant to pull a chair there and read a book.
