"Where the world shops" Yiwu by athena10x

I was brought to Yiwu with a friend who also has a retail store. He told me this was the place to find items that every retailer in the world buys. The mall in Yi wu is a place to be awed. Building after building of plastic flowers, hair scruchies, beads, flashlights,signs,waterfalls, mallahs,tools, eyeglasses,stationary,pens,toys,jewelry etc,etc.
You will need some help at first but after you get the hang of it...(world shoppers) then you can strike out on your own.

At first that is what it seems like, however once inside the mall you realize that people have come from around the world to experience this city. Suppositly Yiwu was built to accomodate the world trading that goes on.
This city has plenty of hotels for any variety or price. Taxi's whip up and down the streets ready to take you back and forth from the mall.
Language can be a problem so getting a interpretuer is very important. I had a friends family member to help me.

After being in Beijing and Shanghai, Yi wu is a nice smaller city. Don't get me wrong! Smaller still encompasses millions of people in China. But still,
the streets are wide and the traffic can be crazy at 5:00pm when the major wholesale mall empties out.
My hotel was safe and clean (carpet a little grimmy) and had a computer that you didn't have to pay extra for. AC, water dispenser, and cute little slippers. Can't find that in Vegas for the same price.
