My passion for travel began when I was 17 and was involved in an exchange program that allowed me to spend a summer in Northern Ireland as part of a diversity and peace project. From the moment that I stepped off of that plane I was hooked!

From then on my single goal was to travel the world. This passion eventually led me to become a travel agent . The discounts and travel benefits have been great enough to keep me traveling (even on my small paychecks!) I save up any money I can to travel, spend it all and then start over again... it's a vicious cycle, but so worth it!

I have spent most of my life living in the Milwaukee metro area. I decided to give the south a try and moved to South Carolina (Charleston area) and Florida (anyone heard of Lady Lake... probably not!) Unfortunately, I missed the change of season and the beauty of Wisconsin... I moved back here about a year ago. I have come to appreciate everything that Wisconsin has to offer and I just kind of ignore the negative aspects (brrrrr... winter is a bummer!) But on the flip side... summer is great with a festival going on every weekend and too many things to even have time to do!

I currently live in Green Bay, WI with my husband Matt and our furry sweetie Max. We are expecting our first child together in late August and can't wait to teach him or her all about adventure and travel. I spend too many days dreaming up and researching my next adventure! When I'm not doing that I enjoy movies, reading, music, coffee, shoes, being with my friends and family and photography (although you wouldn't know that from my photos!!) :) Most of my family live in the Milwaukee area and we are all pretty close.

I love meeting new people and am addicted to VT! I'm still working on exploring Wisconsin... it's slow going, but worth every second. There are so many places in Wisconsin that I have never seen and I use it as a filler for when I can't be far away from home.

The rest of the year is up in the air... too many things going on with a baby on the way! =)
