"Bibury in the Cotswolds" Bibury by King_Golo

Bibury Travel Guide: 41 reviews and 60 photos

Bibury is one of the most beautiful villages of the Cotswolds. William Morris even thought it to be THE most beautiful. His contemporary Henry Ford who saw Bibury on a trip to England even wanted to buy several of its houses to transport them stone by stone to America and have them re-erected! I doubt that they would have looked that great in 1920s Detroit, but who knows?
Anyway, Bibury is charming from the first minute you set foot in it. As in the other villages of the Cotswolds, there is not much to do except admiring the beauty of its houses and how well they fit into the landscape.
