Blossom Trail Fruit Stand: Fresh Fruit and Nuts - Roadside
  • Tip Rating: [Not enough ratings yet]
  • Name of Shop: Blossom Trail Fruit Stand

I am not sure why Minkler, CA isn't on my map, but it is worth stopping at the road side fruit market. (Highway 180 and Reed Ave.) It is on the way to Sequoia National Park, right before the foothills.

My wife and I stopped to see what they had to sell. I was surrounded by groves of fruit. Quite scenic to say the least.

We enjoyed sampling apricots, nuts, all kinds of fruits etc.

What To Buy: It's a fresh fruit and nut eaters paradise

    What To Pay: Inexpensive

The trees & landscape look magnificent, we visited the East Coast 2007, but the West Coast mountains, canyons etc appeal, possible visit 2009, but a long way from Australia.

Excellent information about Sequoia National Park. I especially enjoyed the Warnings, and the one about the Marmots was my favorite. Terrific photographs.
