Nardizzi Americana: A great base camp, from which to explore Roma

I don’t have a photograph of Hotel Nardizzi but I do have a sketch I did while sitting on the small terrace that breakfast is served on. I have stayed in this hotel a number of times over the years and have always enjoyed both the convenience of the location and the family manor in which it is run.
Unique Qualities: The terrace has changed and is now covered and I now stay with friends when in Roma but one fond memory is of opening the window of my corner room and watching the mounted guard leave their barracks adjacent. The rooms are generous and quiet and advice is always at hand. I recommend this accommodation with confidence.
