NITEROI DESERVES TO BE VISITED Very weird, for more than 3 years that I am a VtMember and I haven't thought about write about Niteroi. Such a wonderful city with so many HISTORY and also with so many personal stories that I would love to share.
Well, I was raised in Niteroi...I spend 20 great years in this city full of surprises and a real paradise not so far from Rio!!!
There is only a bridge that separates the two cities!!!!
Guanabara Bay...One side a famous and glamorous destination, Rio de Janeiro, another side, a very hidden places full of pleasant surprises: NITEROI.
Niteroi has lovely beaches, a unique local style that every visitor has to explore..The city still keeps very traditional fishermen villages, very green mountains and an incredible gastronomy center which is famous all over Brazil!!!
Also, Niteroi becomes such a fantastic surprise when you come to Rio with no idea that such a place exists...And you will always see that it is a dream come true!!! |
