Paris

by MelanieBee - last update: Oct 21, 2006

It's a long way from...

Paris is exactly 343 km as the crow flies from LDN
...actually no it's not, it's only 2 hrs 30 minutes from Waterloo (plus the 45 from D'ford). AND only cost me 10,000 nectar points for the two of us plus accommodation etc
From the top of the tower

Eiffel Tower

What a queue. Was it worth it? hmm yes, but then we had to queue to get out as well!

Disneyland

More queues - but not as bad as the tower...

Pros:"It's not far at all, next time I'll get the upgrade to 1st class"
Cons:"Queue, queue, queue, queue, queue, queue, and queue"

After all that queuing you at least got some really nice photos. I hope the rest of your visit was also a success. I spent ten days in Paris last June and didn't queue at all, but that's because I have rather unusual interests, I guess.
