Our resort in Fuengirola was really top-notch, it was the Marina del Sol. It was obviously geared for tourists, it was nice that the workers there spoke English, but buying anything there was very expensive. |
|  | La vista del mar They have taxis always waiting for you, to take you into town, or wherever you need to go, but the catch is that for a ride into downtown Fuengirola it will cost you 10 euros. This is a complete rip off, but unless you have a car, it's your only option.
Fuengirola affords some breathtaking sights. Here is one, this was our view from the resort, Marina del Sol. You can see the beach and little bay. |
| | Davide, bad dog! We traveled with our friend Davide, who was dubbed "el perro malo" early on in the trip for his consistent disobedience. Always talking out of turn, and using bad Spanish to change his meal in the middle of an order, he was a simultaneous source of constant annoyance and entertainment. Davide.....we talked about this.... |
