Chobe was an amazing and wonderful experince, I think I must have seen hundreds of elephants, and the river cruise is definitely worth it, We did not see much of the other big 5 but plenty of buck, crocodiles.. but the most beautiful HUGE elephants, a photographers dream...... |
| | The park is mostly 4x4 I would not attempt it with any other vehicle, lots of loose sand, its a good thing to take this with a tour guide, they even stop at places where you can get out of the vehicle.( ours did) |

jumpingnorman Sat May 16, 2009 07:51 UTC I have read about Chobe before, and your elephant intro pic is just surreal! Definitely, the buffalo is dangerous. But in Philippines, we have water buffalos and they were domesticated and I rode on it once... Norman :) | SLLiew Tue May 12, 2009 19:08 UTC So exciting to be on a safari at Chobe National Park. Thanks for sharing. Cheers, SL:) |
