    • If you fancy a break from Italian food then there's an unofficial Chinatown area in Rome just south of the Termini train station in an area called Esquilino in the district between Termini Station and Piazza Vittorio. Not only can you find Chinese restaurants (like this one I found) but also Korean, Vietnamese and Thai.

    • If you fancy a break from Italian food there's this option inside the Termini train station. This steakhouse is located on the far left hand side as you walk in. The menu offers a wide range of grilled meat dishes (T-Bone Steak, Ribeye, New York Strip, Prime Rib, Filet Mignon), accompanied by American appetizers, vegetables and desserts. I found it very good and not badly priced.
