From 12 o'clock on Saturday the town largely closes down for the weekend. Apart from the restaurants and pubs. The only excitement in the town square was the unusual wedding taking place at the Town Hall. I'm sure there was some significance to the procedings outside after the wedding....please let me know if you have any idea!
There was 3 white horses, one which picked up one of the wedding party at the Town Hall steps. They did a lap of the town square, then rode off to the reception (Viennese Cafe). The Bride in the meantime squeezed into the back of a trailer being pulled by a small vintage tractor. |
