Ski school | Hinterstoder ski fields - exit from gondola |
Living most of my life 12 hours drive from the closest snow....which only lasts 2 months in a good year...you will not be surprised that I am not a skier. Learning has been fun. Of course my daughter is a natural (as all children seem to be).
Ski school can be booked in Hinterstoder. The first night of our stay in the Berghotel the ski school visited to organise any lessons we would require. 5 days, 4hrs/day cost 120 Euros.
Ski/boot/pole hire was 75 Euros from Intersport (either in Hinterstoder town centre or on the ski fields)
The Pizza Hutte was my favourite place to eat and less crowded than the other eateries for lunch on the slopes. The Berghotel also offered the cheapest lunch around for 5.50 Euros. |
