Art, Culture and Craft All Roll Into One Ubud is very much a different animal, I mean town, compared to Kuta, Legian or Seminyak in South Bali. It has this unexplained charm to it, it's very much 'slow-paced', the streets are flanked with art galleries, cafe, gives me the feelings of some European countryside town. I wish I could have stay longer in Ubud, my LP Bali guide said most people come to Ubud with the intention of staying for a day or 2, but ended up staying close to a week. I couldn't agree more, there is much to see and experience in Ubud. |

Early in the morning I'd a great time checking out Ubud on foot early in the morning, I got up 6:30 and the sun was already shinning bright. Hiked for almost 2 hours around my villa, got some insights into the daily lives of the locals, took a lotta pictures of the paddy fields scattered all over Ubud. |
