Pljevlja is an indystry town in northern Montenegro. It has a large open coal mine, a saw mill and a thermal powerplant. They provide large parts of Serbia-Montenegro with electricity, and is one of the most polluted towns in former Jugoslavia. The latter I don`t believe, it smelled much worse in Niksic ;-)
There are traces of different old civilisations here, like illyrians, romans and turks.
