The city I live in

burial mound
The area where I live is called Storhaug, and here is the reason why. Storhaug means big hill. This little hill on top of the big hill was a burial mound in the Bronze and Iron ages. In the eighteensixties a summer house was built here, and during WWII the germans had anti aircraft artillery here.

Hi Marit, after reading your tip on Sichuan Restaurant at Nytorget, we decided to try it. We walked up and down the street yesterday but couldn't find it. Later, we were told the restaurant was closed long ago?!

You have some very neat sights. I enjoyed your pictures. Norway seems like a very nice place.
