Well...I never actually stayed there. I had friends that lived in the condo's. There was many tours going through, alot of different people. we hung out at the pools often and at times I would go there alone. I almost always went there, everyday in fact.

Treasure Island is great!!!

I played volleyball there every sunday with who ever decided to show. I swam in the fun tropical pools, swam up to the swim up bar, and sometimes never swam away, ;)

Child friendly, plenty of fun activites, nevermind the ocean at every doorstep. The condo's where great, large and comfortable. Wish I lived in one!! Security.

Unique Qualities: The have an AWESOME Sushi place called Hook's. we used to order the largest boat!

Again...I didn't stay here. My brother and father did when they visited. Great clean place, with wheelchair accessible rooms. Pool and bar area, nighty BBQ for FREE. Older clientle, family. Right on SMB, close to downtown. Transportation on West Bay Road decent. Busses and taxis are everywhere.

Unique Qualities: It's not right on the beach. But a 2 minute walk takes you there.

Went here one night for dinner. Cant remmeber the name but the place sticks in my mind. There was a huge red brick tiled floor as the patio, from there it was sand and surf. The service was amazing, the place, spotless, there was a great younger vibrant feel to The Marriott.

The bartender at the pool bar was really cute. I met him at a club one night. I used to go there on my days off and drink frosty delights. Lots of palm trees, everything is oversize. Tons of activites from snorkeling, kayaking, biking, windsail, parasail, sea-doo, shopping. A great restaurant sushi place called BAMBOO. Very expensive and posh. You really dressed to the nines to feel comfortable at dinner. When I was there Bamboo was fast becoming the islands hotspot for nightlife. On Wednesdays and Saturdays there is live music played.

Unique Qualities: Set on the most beautiful sand of Seven Mile Beach.
