"Lipe Island" Ko Lipe by Pichayada

A friend of mine she bought a voucher to stay at a resort on Lipe island and we finally decided to go there in the last week of April, the hottest month in Thailand. Even it has been raining everyday in Bangkok we still had hope that the weather at the island would not be bad at least. We left Bangkok on Friday early morning by Nok air (Domestic airline). It rained early in the morning but no one talked about the weather.

The captain could not land at HadYai airport because of the weather. Our plane landed at Phuket airport for 1 hour. We were afraid of missing the boat. The guy arranging our transportation was worried and kept calling us if we arrived HadYai airport. It took us about 2 hours on the plane including our waste time sitting still on the plane.

HadYai airport is not the last destination, we needed to take a taki from the airport to the Pakbara pier, Satool. The taxi driver drove riskily but I could fell asleep.

One more move, we took a 3-engine speed boat to Lipe island and this picture is the view in front of our Bungalow.
