Parnu was a nice place for spend a few days in our trip. The sand on the beach is fantastic and it´s a very large beach, there are many restaurants and bars along the beach, even discos, so you will enjoy for sure, also you can play beach volley there. To me te worst, was the water, the water of the sea was like dirty and it seemed to me like the water doesn´t flow, but it´s ok anyway
