Never in my life have I seen anything as wonderful as the Burren of Ireland. It's just one of those places that will captivate you and never let you go. It stretches across northern Clare along the Atlantic coast to Kinvara in County Galway. The unique limestone landsscape that was shaped beneath ancient seas, and then forced high and dry during some great geological cataclysm will knock your socks right off!
In the Burren, the land and sea seem to merge into one vast, exhilarating space beneath huge skies. |
