Owachomo Bridge - Natural Bridges National Monument

Natural Bridges National Monument is about 45 minutes west of Blanding, Utah. The highlights of the monument are the three huge rock bridges, which you can either view from the 15 mile loop scenic drive, or hike to (there's a hiking trail to get you to all three). Since the wife was several months pregnant, we only hiked a short trail to the Horse Collar Ruin overlook, and viewed the bridges from the scenic drive overlooks. The drive between Blanding and the monument is beautiful, and you likely won't run into a ton of other vehicles.

Pros and Cons

Pros:Quiet with well maintained roads
Cons:A little off the beaten path
In a nutshell:A nifty stop in eastern Utah

I liked this park a lot and the arches seemed easy to find and hike to. Good job of presentation and pictures are fantastic
