Simply the Best When planning our trip through Utah, this was the stop I was looking forward to the most. All of the fabulous pictures I had seen made me very excited to get my up close and personal look at the park. The day started out on a very ominous note. As soon as we entered the park, the rain started to fall. Soon the rain was replaced with snow. My dream of enjoying the sights was being dashed before my very eyes. |
After emptying my vocabulary of all the four letter words I knew, I decided to take the scenic drive and start praying that the weather would lighten up. And it worked! By the time we slooowly made it through the park, the sun came out and I found Bryce Canyon to be everything I hoped for. Since wifey was pregnant, we decided to forgo hiking into the canyon, but we told ourselves we would come back some day to see more of the park. I think the scenery at Bryce is the coolest we have seen, and I strongly urge everyone to get this park on their "must-do" list sometime in their life. |
