Iquitos is a great city. There are a lot of things to do.
I think the only thing I didn't like about Iquitos, where the motor- taxis!Its amazing how they drive! How everything is sooo fast pace there. But at night, when everything slows down a little... Its great! Going over to the Arcade, or just walking around the Plaza... Seeing the fountains and lights... It was great.
I personally liked the boat ride on the Amazon River! Got to see Pink Dolphins, and took a short ride over to a zoo, where I got to hold a 20 ft anaconda!
The people were friendly, but it was heart breaking to see the kids on the street begging for food, and asking to shine shoes for money.
But that is how it is in other countries. They seem to be fine with it, and they smile and give hugs.... They're very welcoming.

The boat ride on the Amazon was one of the best parts. Seeing pink Dolphins and just seeing the Amazon river up close was awesome!
We arrived at a Zoo on the River, where we got to hold a 20 ft Anaconda, and some monkeys.... Parrots... and learn about different animals of the jungle.
