Almost Heaven--not West Virginia Not for the disco-fevered or the casino crowd....just miles of white sand, and crystal waters. No long lines of cabanas, deck chairs or tourists. This "star of the ocean" is for the traveler who wants to fish, snorkel, scuba, shell, beach comb or just relax in peace and quiet. Gourmet food daily, and a family atmosphere in well-appointed motel rooms or small villas on the oceanside. |
Some of the villas have their own swimming pools, but wherever you stay, it is only a short walk to the surf. Car rentals are available for trips away from the resort area. Not a necessity, since the resort provides transportation to all beaches. |

Stella Maris is ideal for a weekend getaway, or a prolonged stay. Swimming in natural wave pools ("water parks" just can't compare), bicycling, hiking along the cliffs, wading, underwater photography....and best of all no hordes of people! |
