Many people with whom I have talked, do not like Monte Carlo. I loved it. I think it is beautiful and so clean. I was with my sister and my husband and we had so much fun there. It is very expensive, of course.
We did notice that there were cameras posted everywhere. At the time that seemed so big brotherish to us, but of course that is becoming the norm in the US too, at least in some cities. I don't think there is a lot of crime there. |
