There is something majestic about Jerusalem. It doesn't matter where you are from there is an ageless quality in every part of the walled city. From the Wailing Wall to the Dome on the Rock to the Holy Sepulcher, the city shows you variety from many different cultures and religions. Broken into quarters seemingly by ethnicity each section offers you something unique.

Standing in front of the west wall you can see just the top of the Dome. When I was at the wall it was pretty busy with tourists, locals, and Rabbis. A parade was being practiced for as well. There is a section where you can approach the wall and there are people nearby to tell how to do it properly.
