Egyptian Museum: One of the best museums on Earth!

Does anything really need to be said about the Egyptian museum? It is amazing and no trip to Cairo would be complete without it. It you don't like museums at all plan for a minimum stay of four hours! If you do just plan to spend the day. It is almost as amazing as Sakara or the Great Pyramids. Be aware the price is 50 ponds and an extra 20 in order to visit the mummies.

The Nile flows north through downtown Cairo. It is like a requirement when in Cairo to see the Nile. It is obviously one of the most important waterways in history. It is not all that impressive but worth a quick stop.
