Colinia is wonderful town and a great break from Buenos Aires. In fact the town is much nicer than BA and I would rather be in Colonia than BA any day. It is diffacult to put into words how neat this town is and stress to anyone reading how much you need to visit this town if you are in BA.
Uruguay is also much cheaper than Argentina and still yet retains all the same qualities.
