The somewhat dangerous capital of Peru

Stay only if you must, go on to the mountains

The beach a bastion of civilization
This city is not a good one and would be untouched by visitors if not for the near by wonders of the world. I do not have many pics of Lima because it was a very frightening time when I visited and tried to stay on the beach since downtown was closed by the military!

One of the few nice things in Lima

Im told downtown is nice

I could not visit the main square in Lime when I was there because of civil unrest, a common occurance in third world nations.

I think Sud América is not for you. It is better you stay in USA.
