Buenos Aires is a unique city worth a short visit but it was not as nice as I had hoped. It was the hottest part of summer (or I guess winter) when I visited so that did not help at all. The highs were in the mid 90's every day and I hate heat I imaging if it had been less hot I m sure I would have liked it better. There are enough things to do in Buenos Aires to stay busy for 2 or 3 days. La Boca and Rocoleta are the nicest areas of the city many cafes and european style buildings. Also Avenida 9 de Julio has some good photo opprounities. |
| | Eva Peron's grave Rocoleta cematery where Eva Peron is buried with seemingly endless above ground graves mostof which are very eliberate. I found the area surrounding the cematery to be the nicest area of Buenos Aires. |
The city needs to be fashioned up Many junk shops on Florida street. Not the type of jusk shops you expect to find on a main pedesterian road in one of the world's greatest cities. | | |
