We finally took advantage of one of those 40 Best Deals that are listed in Budget Travel magazine each month. This one was listed as RT airfare from Washington, DC and 5 nights hotel for $499. After taxes and airport charges it still only came to just over $600. The flights were on Air France (not some cheapo charter service) and the hotel was right in the middle of pretty much everything so there wasn't a whole lot to complain about for the money we spent. More on airlines and the hotel later. |
