Bubbling Pot Water Garden - Kennett Square

Summers are Hot but Beautiful

The only thing I have done near Kennett Square is to visit Longwood Gardens at the end of July but I was very impressed with this beautiful garden. Near the Square Pool was this beautiful bubbling urn planted with Papyrus and surrounded by coleus, Yellow Lantana and Purple Fan Flowers.

I was a student intern there from Colorado back in the 60's. Lived at Longwood Gardens all summer. It was wonderful. And yes, we had the giant lilly pads that kids could stand on. Nice to see some things don't change.
