A Place of Repose

by KiKitC - last update: Mar 23, 2008

Highest Point in Peninsular Florida

Here in New Jersey, one of our favorite spots is the highest point of the New Jersey Pine Barrens...Apple Pie Hill...reaching 208 feet above sea level.

Here, Iron Mountain is the highest point in Florida...324 feet above sea level. Orange Groves lanscape the hills...like ancient olive groves in Italy.

Bok Tower Sancturay

And in thedistance, one can see the Bok Tower...part of the sanctuary for birds and native flora. The tower sits on the highest point, contains 60 carillon bells, which are played in concert twice a day...and can be heard and seen far away.

Spook Hill

What are your beliefs in spirits and their interaction with our living plane? Here at Spook Hill, defy gravity, as your vehicle will roll uphill when in neutral...so they say. Didn't seem to work on our large dually truck...
