A view from the hills
Hows that..oh well my Georgian never was any good to begin with. According to the locals Georgia is to Russia and surrounds what New Zealand is to many Americans...an Outdoorsman's paradise. If I only had the time to check it out.
The city itself or at least the old part is quite walkable if you choose. Since city tours are not as organized here as in Armenia and quite expensive I decided to check it out by foot. The old city in Tbilisi is a great place to spend a day walking around with a camera.

Polishing it up a bit

The local Mayor in is quest to clean up the city a bit has a thing for ornate fountains like the one below. Caught my eye as it appeared to be gold plated....
