Bayerischer Hof: Hotel, Restaurant and Beergarden

The Hotel and Restaurant 'Bayerischer Hof' is located close to the center of Kempten just on the other side of the river Iller. During the premeet here in Kempten for the Euromeet2012 in Bergamo we went here for dinner in the beergarden. The beergarden in Bayerischer Hof has an excellent calm atmosphere as tables are rather far apart in a nice elegant park. The hotel and the restaurant can also be recommended, guests from work often stay here.

The name of the restaurant gives you a good hint of its origin, 'Stift' can be translated to monastery. The restaurant is located in old buildngs that formerly belonged to Kemptens monastery. Outside you will find a traditional and cosy beergarden that invites on a sunny day.

Favorite Dish: The food here is traditional Bavarian food. It might be good to inform that portions are rather large!
